1. Review the materials you have at home that might be suitable to be repurposed as material for poultry housing.

2. Consider which form of poultry coop might suit your homestead best (i.e. fixed or mobile coops).

3. Check online to see what poultry forages and plants are suitable for your area, then plant some around your garden.
