Day 44 Assignment

1. Take the recipe for basic soap above, divide the proportions by eight, and make a simple bar of soap to start. You should end up with eight bars. If at first your results are not perfect, repeat until you get it right.
2. Once you’re more proficient, make a half-batch of scented or exfoliating soap, and give some to your friends.
3. Experiment with ingredients and creative molds for your new signature pieces.
4. Consider if this would be a cottage industry or hobby that might interest you.
