Day 34 Assignment

1. Check prices online and consider buying a small home still.
2. Consider making your own still… Buy a hydrometer and a condenser (as used in chemistry labs) and assemble your own with materials you have or can buy in the supermarket or chemistry suppliers to make a still of equal quality at a fraction of the cost.
3. Try your hand at distilling a small amount of alcohol for your first try. Take some fruit wine (bought or made) or make some corn mash and distill it.
4. If it doesn’t go right the first time, keep practicing or get some tips from another local home stiller.
5. Consider what fruits you could grow or are cheap at various times of the year to brew your alcohol base.
